AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Velar Digital Solutions, doing business as Esimplug ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Ontario, Canada.

We operate the website http://www.esimplug.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you by help@esimplug.com, as stated in the email message. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.

1. OUR SERVICES

Further, we do not knowingly accept, request, or solicit information from children or knowingly market to children. Therefore, in accordance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, if we receive actual knowledge that anyone under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us without the requisite and verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from the Services as quickly as is reasonably practical.
